Thanks for writing this. It shocks me how many atheists and struggling Christians really think there's a "mean God" in the Old Testament and a "nice God" in the new, that it's two gods or a god who changed. We truly can't comprehend the New without understanding the Old, and seeing how it's all one story, one God.
