The Shroud Face to Face is the newest and most personally moving documentary on the centuries-old search for evidence of Jesus Christ.

Author and filmmaker Robert Orlando is a storyteller and truth-seeker focused on facts, so he always avoided requests to investigate the shroud. Then fate jumped in.

“Welcome to the realm where reality meets imagination, where perception and storytelling converge,” Orlando tells us.

Fast forward to Christmas Eve 2021: His father, Raymond Orlando, was hospitalized at age 86, recovering from a nasty fall. Then, unexpectedly, his father died — on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Eve? Suddenly, Orlando felt a personal call to dig into the Shroud story.
