Heavenly Father: We thank you for the gift of Kimberley and her family and for the great gifts you gave Kimberley to write and share these stories that will touch many.

We cannot always understand Your Plan or wisdom or how to bear the crosses we are given. And yet we know that it is in these moments, when we cry in pain and sorrow, that you (who know the pain and humbling of the cross) suddenly slip through the holes in our heart and find a way to mix your love with our suffering to create Your Great Divine Mercy.

Bless this family, shower them with your love and your truth and understanding and fill them all with the mighty wind of the Spirit through the unity of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
