Great thoughts Rod. My only real "fear'' on Medium is that one day I'll spend a long, long time writing a piece that will get ZERO views or reads. The nice thing about the stats, is if you see something isn't working you can go back and update something (usually the headline and top set the course for all that follows).

You, of course, are having an impact because people are reading and learning from your work and you are learning and growing with each piece you write, always moving to a higher level in the journey. Keep writing! You do it well!
