Great essay. Years ago, had an ex girlfriend. We remained friends on Facebook but she told me Facebook kept "pushing'' memory/photo pix to her feed so it felt to her like she was being attacked by the memories. The only cure was blocking. How many people would "block" in real life if given the option? Pronanly a lot!
