Too many commenters seem to think a change in laws means every single person will have to do something the exact same way no matter what (compulsory). Even when you compare data from 1960 and today (very different laws, very different times), the three options of abortion, keeping your baby, and adoption were always there though obviously, the proportions were very different then.

Today’s division (according to the latest WHO numbers): 61 percent of unintended pregnancies end in abortion, and 39 percent have their baby (those are global numbers). In America, just one-half of one percent of pregnancies end with adoption.
